LSS- Long Slow Swim


Built up a good swim workout yesterday.
1x100
1x200
1x300
1x400
All on 20 seconds rest

1x1,600

10x100 on 2 minutes, (about 2-10 seconds rest)

10x25 on 1 minute, sprints. Adding lap time plus total strokes I averaged around a score of 39.

Total workout a little over 90 minutes. The 1,600 felt really good and is my longest non-stop swim to date.
