Ironman Arizona 2007 is now open for enrollment. Common Man Syndrome is banished for the next hour. Holy Crap, I didn't even think twice about this one.
Bleh. I was hoping that the rumors were going to be true and that they were going to move the race to the fall. An April Ironman just doesn't sound fun to train for living in MN.
But congratulations! You're the man having signed up for *TWO* IMs, now! And only five months apart!
IMAZ is a great event, 2006 was my first one. Probably one of the fastest bike courses out there. Bjorn Anderson, the Swedish super cyclist rode a 58 chainring!
I've been pushing the limits of my endurance my whole life. I've been called a UNcommon man for my relentless pursuit of doing something bigger than I (or most) could possibly imagine. As a soldier, a marathoner, ironman triathlete or hiker, nothing is extreme enough. Finish lines are great, but the true adventure is what it takes to get to the starting line.

go go go Comm! Maybe 2008 . . . but I'm not signing up for anything stupid ever again, unless I survive 2006!
Way to go Comm. I'm thinking about that race in 2008. Man that seems like a long ways away.
Good luck!
