Have you tried maybe a different brand of shorts? My tri club kit came with Sugoi ones, but my DeSoto ones fit my body a lot better. They all fit a little differently.
Dude that would be the worst thing you could possible do! I would think you would have more issues doing that. I would look into as stated above, "butt butter" or as I call it "nut butter". Better yet just go with the briefs man! You would be styling then! What are you down to know anyway?
if you're having chafing issues now, the briefs will just make them worse. I would try a different pair of tri shorts to find ones that fit better. Every brand is a little different, especially with regard to how the pad is cut.
I've been pushing the limits of my endurance my whole life. I've been called a UNcommon man for my relentless pursuit of doing something bigger than I (or most) could possibly imagine. As a soldier, a marathoner, ironman triathlete or hiker, nothing is extreme enough. Finish lines are great, but the true adventure is what it takes to get to the starting line.

Thanks guys, I use the butt/nut butter already. Chris I got my problem last week with my sugoi shorts and not with my Desoto's I just bought.
Its mostly when I'm in the aero bars and hunched over.

Never ever ever.
Absolutely not. I use butt butter and also use UltraGlide as well. The combo have taken care of all of my chaffing issues.
