I want to announce that Carol (aka Mistress) and I are expecting a baby. She is over three months along. We will not know the sex until late September. She has been getting every test and ultrasound possible and so far its a completely healthy child inside her.
We have not told Mighty Mo yet and probably will not until the last few months. He will be terribly excited and it will torture him to have to wait six more months. He has a hard enough time just waiting to do something next weekend and don't want to blow his mind waiting till sometime late in February.

Congratulations! So excited for you and Mistress.
Make sure you tell Mo before you tell other adults in town because someone will slip and you don't want him finding out because someone blurts it out at the grocery store.
Also, kids don't really get that anxious and wonder every day about a sibling coming and the sooner they know the more time you have to prepare them for a big change.

After reading the comments I just have to say that my 2 girls have given me no trouble at all - smooth sailing all the way. My son, on the other hand, has had me on tenter hooks for about 10 years.
