Mo Knows!

Last night Mighty Mo got the good news that he will be a big brother. I suppose I expected a bit more animation from him but in the end its a genuine response.

Mo Knows!

Mo calls mama (my mom)

Once he got revved up with questions he would not let it die. He stayed up another thirty minutes asking how the baby got in there. At one point while Mistress had been in bed with him for twenty minutes jumping around the issue, he jumps up and stands on the bed, stretches his arms out as far as he can because he's frustrated and say, "Mommy! Will you just tell me how it got in there!" And then slaps his hands to his hips and stares down at Mistress on the bed.

She left the room before busting out in laughter.

AHHHHHHHH he is so cute. He had me laughing when he kept asking how the baby got in there and how Mistress kept saying it was a special job of mommy and daddy. Too Cute.

I also like how he told Grandma it was a baby sister.

I love his expressions. He is going to be an awesome brother.

Keep the Mo videos coming.

Again, I am so excited for you and cannot wait to see the new baby.

My cheeks hurt from smiling!

Who doesn't love his insistence in wanting to know how the heck you got that baby in there??!!! Good for the 2 of you for dancing and not giving him the anatomically correct details - why spoil his excitement with THAT!! EWWW!!!

I think we know what he's hoping for but of course his mind can and will change.

So adorable. DAAAANG! :-)

Man, I love me some Mo. He is GREAT. Seriously...that kid needs to be in film or commercials. Congrats again and when can we expect the "race report" on Mommy and Daddy's 'special job'??? ;)

Ohhhh Flatman, I'm still laughing. Mo's reaction was darling! so glad you captured it on video. One day his "sister" will be proud her brother was so excited.

Very charming indeed! Also, I am glad to learn that the exclamation "dang!" has not vanished since my childhood - I used to hear it all the time, now not so much! I guess it takes a really good surprise...

Hi Comm,

I was just catching up on your blog (it has been awhile since I have done any reading.)

Congrats on the bun in the oven. That is great news. I wish your wife a healthy and happy pregnancy.
