Last workout
After all the hard work getting to Ironman, the night before is almost the hardest workout, sitting on the couch and keeping the feet up. There is so much to do with packing, the expo and being with friends, I wanted to move around. It took a Mighty Mo, with his sidekick Dan Bear, to finally keep my down. Not that I minded. This is my perfered lounging position with my son.

I'd say you're lucky. In Louisville, I'm fairly sure that B-Boy will be trying to drag me out the door to go back to the expo "one more time."
Monster Girl might take naps with daddy, but B-Boy is one giant ball of energy (which I will bottle and carry with me).

Comm- love, love LOVE the pic of you and little Comm on the couch - priceless. He is one of the cutest kids I have ever met - what a gem. You should offer him up for party rental because he sure can work a crowd of oogling parents.
I am still getting used to the blogging thing. Trimama is hopefully coming over to spin on Tuesday, and I will make her show me how to do this before I let her set up her bike... te-he-he.
Are you ffeling good? You were a rockstar in FL, buddy. You will be an Ironman your whole life, but you are SO right that it doesn't define you. Me either. But is sure is cool nevertheless!..... ;-)

I like that pic. Yeah, I said it. I have a picture like that of me and my ol'man. Back when the two of us could sit together without a flat bed pick up assisting.
um... just who is this ironjenny who when i read her name i think it's ironbenny and then think he's so enthralled with the "mo" that he wants us to start popping out baby nytro's and ironbenny's? she must be stopped!!! :)
